To ensure we are giving you the best service possible. We have created a maintenance desk with 2 coordinators who are dedicated to logging jobs and making sure they are processed as quickly as possible. We are always striving to provide the best service possible for our tenants and have already had great feedback, with people saying they are finding this a more efficient and streamlined way of dealing with maintenance issues.
