Marketing your property requires an enormous commitment of funds and resources. We have been letting property for nearly 20 years and know what works. Our Lettings Managers have their own active database of prospective tenants who they are trying to source a new home for and as soon as we know you wish to use our services they will match your property to any suitable prospective tenant. Having been in the business for many years we have built strong relationships with the corporate sector and the city’s relocation agents. We work with finding homes for our corporate clients and we are proud to say we have many leases with the city’s large businesses.

How do we do it?

Our own website is a constant source of tenant enquiries. As soon as we register your property 100’s of potential tenants will receive its details by email or text. We also have many web partners and as standard your property will appear on a minimum of 15 websites. One of our eye catching 'For Rent' boards can be placed at your property and of course it will be featured in our own Property List which is available from our office and distributed around the city. We will take quality photos of your property using our wide angled camera and upload these photos to as many of our advertising mediums as possible.

Our qualified negotiators work closely with all their active contacts and will try very hard to match the right tenant to your property. We will personally carry out viewings, picking the client up and driving them to and from your property. You can be guaranteed that our viewing service and times meet the needs of the market and viewings are carried out 6 days per week.

It’s not just about finding a tenant; it’s about selecting the correct tenant for your property. The viewing process allows us to get to know the tenant and decide whether they are suitable. This is a very important part of the process as it is the basis of any successful tenancy.
