The Lifestyle

Murrayfield and Roseburn are laid back areas with a friendly atmosphere.  It’s a real mix of people that live here as it’s perfect for families, professionals, couples and downsizers due to its close proximity to Edinburgh city centre and array of properties available.

It really comes alive when there are rugby matches, or concerts on at Murrayfield Stadium.

What to Expect

Due to being close to the city centre, there are great public transport links including bus and tram stops.

Haymarket train station is within walking distance and there is easy access to the city bypass, which is ideal for getting out of Edinburgh.

There is also a variety of friendly, comfortable pubs that offer food and quizzes and here are independent hotels and B&B’s.

The local shops are excellent and there is an amazing cake shop – 3D Cakes – which has delicious treats.

What Not to Expect

There are no independent restaurants and trendy wine bars – offerings are more traditional.
